She is a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping others heal and feel their best. Her work integrates a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Meridian/Acupressure therapy, and Reiki.

She believes that when pain is relieved and the body is supported in healing, individuals are able to step more fully into their purpose and live life to the fullest. It is truly her joy to be part of that journey for every client she serves.
