Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
Brief Explanation PRP therapy uses a concentrated dose of your own blood's platelets to accelerate healing and tissue repair. It's a safe, non-surgical treatment that helps with joint pain, injuries, and even aesthetic issues like hair restoration and skin rejuvenation. PRP is ideal for those seeking natural solutions to enhance their body’s recovery process.
What to Expect at an Appointment During a PRP session, a small sample of your blood will be drawn and processed to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. This concentrated plasma is then injected into the targeted area, promoting healing by releasing growth factors that aid tissue repair. Appointments usually take about an hour, and most patients experience minimal discomfort.
Scheduling an Appointment To schedule your PRP therapy session, please call us at 509-783-5465 ext. 217.
How to Prepare for an Appointment
Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment.
Avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications (like ibuprofen or aspirin) for at least a week before the procedure, as they can interfere with the effectiveness of PRP.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area.
Benefits of PRP Therapy
Accelerates natural healing of joints, tendons, and muscles
Reduces inflammation and promotes tissue regeneration
Non-surgical alternative for chronic pain or sports injuries
Minimally invasive, with a quick recovery period
Versatile treatment option for both medical and aesthetic concerns

Trigger Point Lidocaine Injections
Our Trigger Point Lidocaine Injection Program at The Pacific Campus is designed to relieve muscle pain and tension associated with trigger points—those painful "knots" in your muscles that can cause discomfort and restrict movement. Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, is injected directly into the trigger point to quickly relieve pain and allow the muscle to relax, improving your range of motion and promoting healing.
What to Expect from the Procedure During a trigger point injection session, your provider will locate the specific area of muscle tightness or tenderness. Lidocaine is then carefully injected into the trigger point, numbing the area and releasing the tension in the muscle. The procedure is quick, typically lasting around 15 minutes, and most patients experience immediate relief.
Scheduling an Appointment To book your trigger point lidocaine injection, call us at 509-783-5465 ext. 217.
How to Prepare for the Appointment
Wear loose clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area.
Avoid heavy exercise the day of the injection.

Cosmetic Injections & Neurotoxins
Cosmetic neurotoxin injections are one of the most effective, minimally invasive treatments available for smoothing fine lines and helping the face appear more relaxed and refreshed. These treatments work by temporarily relaxing specific facial muscles that create expression lines, allowing the skin above them to smooth naturally.
At The Pacific Campus, our injections are performed by experienced medical providers who focus on subtle, natural-looking results. The goal is not to change how you look—but to help you look like a more rested version of yourself.
We currently offer neurotoxin treatments using Letybo, a purified botulinum toxin that works similarly to other well-known neurotoxins used in aesthetic medicine.
What Neurotoxins Treat
Neurotoxins are most effective for dynamic wrinkles, which are lines caused by repeated muscle movement over time. These are the wrinkles that appear when you smile, frown, or raise your eyebrows.
Common treatment areas include:
Forehead lines – horizontal lines that appear when raising the eyebrows
Frown lines (glabellar lines) – the vertical lines between the eyebrows sometimes called “11 lines”
Crow’s feet – fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes
Brow lift effects – subtle lifting of the eyebrows by relaxing opposing muscles
Bunny lines – small wrinkles on the sides of the nose
Lip lines – vertical lines above the upper lip
Jawline slimming or tension relief – relaxing overactive jaw muscles
Neck bands – visible vertical neck lines
In addition to cosmetic benefits, neurotoxins can also help with certain functional concerns, including:
Tension headaches
Jaw clenching or teeth grinding
TMJ discomfort
Excessive facial muscle tension
Your provider will evaluate your goals and facial anatomy to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
What Neurotoxins Are NOT For
While neurotoxins are highly effective for muscle-related wrinkles, they are not designed to treat every skin concern.
Neurotoxins are not ideal for:
Deep wrinkles caused by volume loss
Loose or sagging skin
Sun damage or skin texture issues
Acne scars
Pigmentation concerns
In these cases, your provider may recommend complementary treatments such as:
Skin resurfacing treatments
Microneedling
Dermal fillers
Medical-grade skincare
Regenerative therapies
A consultation helps determine which approach will provide the best results for your goals.
