UPBEAT BARRE

UpBeat Barre(TM) is a muscular endurance-based workout that fuses strength training, ballet, yoga, and pilates with popular music to create a sweaty, fun, and balanced workout with varying levels of intensity designed to include everyone. UpBeat puts the FUN in FUNctional by utilizing a full range of motion mixed with small muscle movements for a balanced offset to your cardio fix.

BOOTYBARRE

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body.

Group Fitness Bingo Challenge: June 1 - 30

A month-long challenge designed to get you moving and trying new classes! Grab a Bingo card and attend a variety of Group Fitness classes to fill in the squares.

Instructors will stamp your card using our custom PC stamps each time you attend a class. Complete your Bingo card and turn it in to be entered into a drawing for prizes!

Details:
• Month-long challenge, complete at your own pace
• Attend classes and collect instructor stamps
• Try new classes and mix up your routine

How to Participate:
• Grab a Bingo card from any Group Fitness instructor
• Fill it in by attending classes and collecting stamps from instructors
• Turn in your completed card for a chance to win prizes
