Teah Cocozzo, LMT

Teah is a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing since earning her license in early 2020. She is passionate about helping clients feel better, move more comfortably, and make meaningful progress in their health and recovery.

With a particular interest in myofascial therapy, Teah also incorporates a variety of massage techniques based on each clients's individual needs, including deep tissue, cupping, and Swedish massage. She believes that every session should be tailored to the person in front of her and that creating the right environment is an important part of the healing process.

One of Teah's top priorities is making sure every client feels comfortable, relaxed, and safe throughout their session. She believes that when the nervous system is calm, the body is better able to focus on healing and recovery.

What Teah enjoys most about being a massage therapist is that there is always something new to learn. She loves continuing to expand her knowledge and techniques while getting to know her clients, helping them feel better and watching them grow throughout their wellness journey.
