Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Competitive Swim Coach to lead and inspire swimmers of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming, sports coaching, and child development, with the ability to create a positive and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with conducting swim practices for assigned age groups and skill levels
Support skill development, stroke technique, and overall swimmer progression
Help maintain a safe and organized practice environment
Provide positive feedback and encouragement to swimmers
Communicate effectively with the Head Coach regarding swimmer progress and needs
Uphold team values, policies, and codes of conduct
Requirements:

Background check through USA swimming
Athlete protection training (APT)
Safety Training for Swim Coaches (STSC)
Concussion protocol training
Welcome to USA Swimming
Quality coaching framework (QCF)
CPR/First aid (Within the first year)
